VO2 Canada is a new technology consulting company ,focused on customer experience based in Montréal, a subsidiary of VO2 Group located in France.
We are offering 360° solutions for our customers through Salesforce, web and mobile solutions. Acting as a center of innovation & expertise within the group, we work on French, Canadian, and US projects. To cope with the many projects and meet the demand of our customers, the VO2 Canada team continues to grow: 10 members in July 2021, 23 members in
October 2022!
VO2 Group has 450 employees who operate in the B2B and B2C retail sectors, luxury, banking, insurance, and industry (automotive, telecom, media, construction, and real estate). We have developed an end-to-end offer to optimize customer relationships and business performance thanks to mobile and cloud technologies, Data, IoT, and AI.
We are involved from the consulting dimension to the implementation of the editor or tailor-made solutions and the monitoring of project performance. Our clients are large groups like LVMH, Renault, Bouygues, BNP, etc... and innovative scale-ups like Mirakl, Younited Credit, or OpenClassroom for example.

## What are the missions?
To strengthen its Salesforce support team, VO2 Canada is recruiting a Bilingual Salesforce Business Analyst who will be responsible for :
- Define and analyze customer needs,
- Configure custom solutions and optimize customer organizations as needed
- Oversee the implementation, collaborate with our Salesforce developer teams
- Create functional tests and receipts,
- Ensure monitoring, communication and reporting of progress,
- Ensure maintenance and user support.
- Act as a trusted partner to our customers
- You will be working on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud
The position may involve the use of third party technologies: Pardot, Heroku, specific AppExchange...
Required profile
## What is the profile of our ideal candidate?
At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
You speak/write perfectly in English - (French is a plus)
You know how to meet deadlines
Salesforce certifications a plus
Experience with custom object configuration, flows, security management and reporting
Strong understanding of the technical side of IT development and project management
Analytical thinking and excellent communication skills
Methodical, organized and meticulous
